Apart from the
3.0 megapixel mobile phone camera (will blog about it later) that my wife gave me
as a birthday present, she was giving me a Sun Broadband USB dongle as her
belated birthday present.
Last Monday, we went to Sun Cellular Shop in SM City North EDSA where she
applied for an unlimited broadband subscription of
Sun Broadband. It's unlimited for a supposed price of P799.00 a month
but since the subscription is bundled to her current phone postpaid
subscription, it just became P649.00 which is way too cheap for an unlimited
Internet connection.
She get for me a broadband subscription so I don't have to visit Internet
cafe at the wee hours. She'd like me to just do Internet at home.
This is another
wish come true. If you came across my
wishlist, I really wished for a broadband subscription. Ate Nance is right.
Indeed, life is full of surprises.
Right now, Internet connection is no longer an excuse for not being able to
blog regularly. I just hope I could arrive home from work earlier so I can spare
sometime blogging or bloghopping.

really fulfilled another wish of mine.

Ah, there you are, dodong. Jovy is your prize and she takes care of you. You'll live longer and happier this way. DSL finally came to my area and I'm at last able to easily view our Multiply photos. I'm looking forward to seeing you, whenever. Give my best to Jovy.

The Blogger In Me:
I started blogging way, way back when blogging is not yet a hit. During those times, I didn’t have any clear agenda of why I put up a blog. What was clear with me is that I was motivated by my anguish over a stolen phone and blogging was my outlet to release such feeling.
Using Blogger® as my blogging software, I created my first blog entitled salad bar. It is a journal about my daily undertakings and anything that goes along. By that time, the word photoblog is never been heard of. By then, I already had my travel photos as I started taking photos in 1994, but those were hosted by my website (now defunct) Infinity 8 (http://ww1.i8.com/). My first blog was moving from one free webhost provider to another due to FTP problems that I was having hard time figuring out the solution. This site underwent countless modifications, change of theme, niche attempts, moving from one hosting service from another, moving from free-subdomain to another before finally resting into its own domain since December 2006. Timeline:
2000-2003 Started as an online journal for everything that comes to find. This site had been moving from free hosting sites like Fortune City, Angelfire, Tripod, before being reverted to Blogspot.
March 2004 Signed up a second Blogger account when I inadvertently forgot my Blogger password. A new photo and travel blog was created to supplement my static website (deleted by the web host without notice) that I created in 2003.
December 2006 A new domain was born as digitalrebel.ws. The domain was dedicated to my then newly-acquired Canon EOS 300D also known as Digital Rebel (I'd been an avid Canon SLR user since 1988). This blog was hosted at travelogue.digitalrebel.ws and titled ...a travelogue and Digital Rebel Website to emphasize my love of travel and taking photos and my favorite photography equipment.
March 2008 Started to monetize this blog using Google Adsense. A new 3-column black web template was being designed and implemented in this site.
April 2009 I started posting personal posts in this site and the travel and photography niche of this blog lost its meaning when I haven't had traveled extensively since 2008. The title was changed to dodong flores Up Close and Personal.
July 2009 Retitled travelogue.DigitalRebel.WEBSITE as a word play for its domain path http://travelogue.digitalrebel.ws/
