An informal mode of transport most common to be seen in Region II. It is a vehicle comprising of a two-wheeled trailer pulled by a hand-tractor.
The Land Transportation Office said there is no need to register the vehicle since it has no serial number and its purpose is not only for transportation.
Yet Safety features of these modes do not conform to existing laws and regulations and they usually pose dangers to national highways especially during night time and early in the morning when the time is still dark.

Mission: Familia Kasiglahan
My spirit of voluntarism drove me again to join for an outreach program that was held last February 18, a Sunday. The outreach program was initiated by the Heart of Jesus Community based in California in cooperation with the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Concepcion. The beneficiaries are the people of Familia Kasiglahan, urban poor settlers that have been relocated to Montalban, Rizal.
This was the venue of the project.
Besides helping out carrying the goods, I also had the chance to snap several
photos.
These are the people waited to receive goods (in the form of used clothings and
groceries).
That's Sister Guada of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Concepcion.
The activity was concluded with a prayer of thanks.
Familia Kasiglahan offered a song as a way of saying thanks for all the
benefactions they received.
The simple labor was rewarded by sumptous suman and maruya exquisitely prepared
by the local folks.
This article was written based on one of the charitable works where I volunteered to join and filed under the category mission.
I'm sorry I focused more on the visuals media than the writing. I just don't have much of the convenience of time staying more online.

My Old Website Is Gone!

Yes, my old website Infinity 8 (http://ww1.i8.com/) was taken down by the web host provider without
any advice. Having hosted my site for free, there's no way I can run after it
with the service provider. I only noticed the stripping down just lately when my site map cannot list my old files. As a result, I lost my Camiguin, Romblon, Masbate, Boracay, Guimaras and Iloilo, and Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region travelogues. And if I want all of those stuff to be posted at this site, that means I
have to deprive myself of sleep. I want to share those photos
and travel with you. But it will take much, much time to restore all of those (with the film scanning, and all).
