SLR Camera for Sale
Wednesday, May 26, 2004
i just arrived from Bicol Region last night. I went there to send the van that would be used for MFT. I was driving more than 800 kms. from Manila. I was still fully exhausted but I need to go out today. I have important things to do - to sell my beloved camera, Canon EOS 750QD model. I'm financially hard-up this time. The manual was already lost for quite a time, so I need to research the manual from the internet. I need the manual otherwise I can't convince anybody to buy my camera. These are the links that I had found so far: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/eos/eoscamera/750-850/eos750.htminstruction manual for sale

CNN Search no longer powered by Google
Friday, May 21, 2004
Up until February, Yahoo counted Google as its longtime search partner.
However, after dropping Google in favor of its own search technology, Yahoo has wasted no time in turning up the heat on its newfound competitor, Google. On May 13th , Yahoo announced that CNN had chosen to replace Google with Yahoo across its news site. Yahoo’s recently introduced search technology is a product of its acquisition of FAST, AltaVista, and Inktomi. These engines were acquired as part of Yahoo’s $1.63 Billion purchase of Overture last year.

The single-lens reflex camera A camera is a device used to take photographs, either singly or in sequence. The name is derived from camera obscura, Latin for "dark chamber", an early mechanism for projecting images in which an entire room functioned much as the internal workings of a modern photographic camera, except there was no way at this time to record the image short of manually tracing it. Every camera consists of some kind of enclosed chamber, with an opening or aperture at one end for light to enter, and a recording or viewing surface for capturing the light at the other end. This aperture is often controlled by an iris mechanism. ..... The focus of an elliptic mirror is either of two points such that light from one converges on the other. The focus of a hyperbolic mirror is either of two points such that light from one is reflected as if it came from the other. Geometry In an ellipse, foci are the two "off-center" points. ..... BROKEN VOW
(lara Fabian) Intro: Tell me your name I want to know The way she looks and where you go I need to see her face I need to understand Why You and I came to an end Tell me again I want to hear Who broke my faith in all those years Who lays with you at night When I’m here all alone Remembering when I was your own I’ll let you go I’ll let you fly Why do I keep on asking why I’ll let you go Now that ill found a way to keep somehow More than a broken vow Tell me the words I never said Show me the tears you never shed Give me the touch the one you promised to be mine Or has it vanished for in time Rep. Cho: Bridge: I close my eyes And dreams of You and I until I realize There’s more life than only bitterness and lies I close my eyes I’d give away my soul to hold you once again And never let this promise end. (REPEAT CHORUS)

Sunday, May 2, 2004
Sunday Service was held in Antipolo 1. So, we were contemplated to go there. Antipolo City is quite far from our house in Project IV in Quezon City, so we need to leave early. Together with the van is Ate Charity, Ms. Malou, Lynde Rose, Ailen, and Lotlot. We have big van, though there were only six of us going. Ate Ada and Melody couldn’t come with us because it’s their turn for Sunday opening in the office. Because we didn’t take our breakfast, all the sisters, including Ate Charity felt hungry. We decided to pass by Antipolo downtown for our breakfast. Antipolo City is crowded during Sundays. Lots of people are coming in to this miraculous church of Antipolo to pray. There is also big volume of vehicles, not to mention the tricyles which are the only means of public transportation in the city. And the streets in Antipolo is very narrow just enough for two tricycles going the opposite directions. Our first difficulty was to find a parking area. Our van is very long. It’s an 18-seater(extended) 2.9L Hyundai Grace H100. Anyway, in Antipolo, during Sundays, lots of “parking assistants” will guide you to park just beside a narrow street in exchange of P30. Our second difficulty was finding a dining area. All the fastfoods swell with people. McDonald’s, Jollibee, Burger King, etc. Anyway, we didn’t have any other choice. So we fell in line at Burger King. After an hour, we got our order and we even have difficulty finding tables. Our third difficulty is to find our way to Antipolo 1. As soon as we pulled out from our parking area, we already have difficulty squeezing in between sidewalk vendors peddling every side of the road. Half of the road was occupied by sidewalk vendors and it was very difficult for me with that long van to get through. It was also very difficult for me to make turns with every corner. The corners are all filled with peddlers. It was a very tough experience. We could no longer find our way to Antipolo 1. And everytime we ask for the direction to M. Santos Extension, we were directed the opposite way. We were directed to M. Santos Street. We asked traffic police, tricycle drivers, peddlers, etc., but all of them led us the opposite direction. We couldn’t find our way. Nobody amongst us knows Antipolo City. It was almost one hour that we were going through and fro, yet we couldn’t find our way. It was a real crazy experience. So I decided to go back to Sumulong Hi-way. At least I know the way starting from there.

Today is the 50th Foundation Day Anniversary of the Unification Movement. The celebration was held at the UTS Asia in Antipolo. I met Danny Delfin. He asked me to help him look for a cheaper laptop. So I brought Danny Delfin to my supplier of surplus laptop at Starmall. We bought a Pentium266 laptop for only Php13,800.00
