There were 2 sets of lectures, one in the morning consist of lectures 1-3 and lectures in the afternoon consist of chapter 4-6. The lecture proper was conveying by Engr. Julius Gicole, WCARP & Service for Peace Director of Bacolod Chapter. First parts were lectures about the Introduction of Unification Theory of Education, Theory of Education Based on a New “View of Human Being”, and The Real Purpose of Life: Three Ideals of Education. After an hour of lunch break the lectures was continued by Engr. Gicole. This time he discussed the Human Growth, The Cause of Human Conflict and Human Suffering, and last topic was Resolution of Human Conflict.

After the discussion, there were question and answer between the lecturer and the participants but prior to that Mr. Elmer Jagna-an gave his testimony about the workshop. He mentioned that at first he was confused what kind of seminar he will go to attend to; if it’s a curriculum evaluation, academic revision, or something. According to him “When the seminar started, I find out that it is something unique and different. It’s really a great eye opener for everyone, and this is our individual responsibility to become morally upright in order to have right to educate our students as educators.”

Dr. Reflecta A. Rafol, national Vice-President of PTARP delivered her message to all and initiated the election of PD. M.C.-South PTARP local chapter. There were 7 newly elected officers of the chapter centering on the guidance of their elected adviser Dr. Antonio Sanica. Among the 62 participants there were 30 faculty signed and pledge to become PTARP members. The last part of the program was the distribution of certificates and a closing remark given by Engr. Rolando Basuil Jr., the UM Regional Director of Western Visayas.

After the project, the newly elected president of the PTARP PDMC-WVCST South Chapter, Mr. Elmer Jagna-an initiated to scheduled their students to become part of our movement through WCARP on semester break. All these new members were excited and eager to plan for the next activity. Some of their reflection and impact are follows:
